Unlike most of our decaf teas we use the CO2 Process to decaffeinate this green tea. This decaffeination process is used to retain the full flavor and aroma of the tea. This green Korakundah tea is organically grown in the Nilgiri region of India. It produces a bright green infusion with delicate vegetal notes in the aroma and a slight citrus flavor. Using the CO2 method, we are able to maintain the unique flavors of this premium tea.
