Q: Who roasts your coffee?

Longview Coffee Company is an actual coffee roaster with our own dedicated roasting center. All of our beans are roasted, packaged, and shipped in-house.

Q: How fresh is your coffee and tea?

Our coffee is roasted fresh to order every day- your coffee is roasted the day it is shipped out. The tea is packaged fresh the moment it reaches our facility.

Q: How much is shipping?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders through our website.

Q: Who do you ship through and how long will it take?

We use UPS GROUND for shipping and typically take 1-3 business days to ship your order. Shipping time takes anywhere from 1-5 business days, depending on how far from NJ you are.

Q: How are your coffees and teas packaged?

Coffees come in 1lb, 5lb, and 25lb bags. The 1lb and 5lb bags are packaged in 2-ply foil valve bags. 25lb coffees come in plastic-lined burlaps. Teas come in 5oz and 2lb foil bags.

Q: How long can I store coffee beans?

If you keep coffee in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, they will keep for up to 3 months.
